The therapies the psychologists draw from include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Schema Therapy. These therapies have been shown to be effective across a wide range of psychological challenges and we pride ourselves in being able to help as many different people as we can.
Training Emma obtained her Master of Clinical Psychology degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Emma
Located in a sun-lit Victorian style terrace house in a prime location in Darlinghurst we have created a warm, encouraging space to assist our client’s to feel as comfortable as possible when they come in to see us.
There is a bus stop right outside that quite a few buses stop at.
